Let’s Scrap holds no responsibility for the actions, outcomes or words of those in chat rooms. Lewd, vulgar, insulting, profane, racist or sexual language is not permitted in chatrooms, however Let’s Scrap cannot guarantee that there will not be persons within chat rooms who use such language. Let’s Scrap holds no responsibility for any such language heard within chatrooms. Parents hold all responsibility for monitoring the activities of children and minors in chat rooms. Let’s Scrap is not responsible for any and all actions or results of children and minors who enter chatrooms. The User warrants that it will indemnify Let’s Scrap for all claims resulting from content supplied by the User. Let’s Scrap has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.
Vistors may post reviews, comments and other content, send other communications and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. SHIPPING POLICY
All goods leave our premises in perfect condition and we take no responsibility for goods once they leave our store. You (the User) may choose to select the option for goods to be shipped by registered post, but if a standard postage option without insurance is selected by you, you do so entirely at your own risk. Regardless of which postage option is selected by you, Let’s Scrap will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they leave our store.
REFUND POLICY & COLOUR DIFFERENCES
Let’s Scrap does not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection so please make your selection carefully.
It is impossible to guarantee that a product’s colour will exactly match that which you see on your computer screen, therefore we never refund based upon colour differences. Colour differences may be caused by many factors such as printer calibration and monitor setting calibration.
If an item is faulty or genuinely defective, a refund, exchange or credit may be available provided that the item is returned to us within 10 days of the invoice date, and provided the item arrives in an unopened, undamaged and saleable condition. Please note: Refunds will not be available for items damaged in transit.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Let’s Scrap attempts to be as accurate as possible. However Let’s Scrap does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Let’s Scrap itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM POLICY
We endeavour to carry stock of all listed items, however at times an item may be temporarily out-of-stock. If we are able to obtain the item quickly from our suppliers we will delay shipping up to a couple of extra days until the item arrives. If there is a supply issue on a particular item or the item is unavailable, your order will be sent as is and we will refund the difference in price. Sorry, we do not do backorders.
INDEMNITY
You (the User) hereby indemnify and hold safe Let’s Scrap against all claims, demands, suites or causes of action arising from or in connection with the provision by Let’s Scrap of the products and/or services described herein or in respect of any loss or damage to the Customer or User or a third party. You acknowledge and agree that this indemnity and release may be pleased as a bar to any such claim, or cause of action aforesaid.
